Reynold L. & Vivian Foutz Scholarship

Dr. Reynold L. Foutz (Alpha Theta Chapter, 1929) established this fund through his substantial donation in memory of Dr. J. Franklin Cook the 18th Supreme President (Alpha Chapter, 1891). Dr. Cook's lifelong hospitality, friendship and collegiality played a significant role in aiding Dr. Foutz and his wife to start his dental practice during the difficult economic times of the 1930s.

The Foutz Fund Scholarship Committee annually selects a junior student from applications submitted to the Supreme Chapter Office. Criteria for selection includes demonstrated academic achievement, community leadership and a need for financial assistance.
